Grand Opening Success

Posted by Cherise Greski on

The grand opening was a success. The Village and Chamber came by to cut the ribbon and officially open the studio.  The weekend was filled with visitors... making new craft friends is always so much fun. Received a lot of positive comments about the space, the decor and how very inviting it was.  In between all those activities, members came by to put more of their items in the gallery and to start actually crafting - YEA!  Here is a picture from the grand opening

Westchester Kids Crafts and Craft Fair - SUCCESS!

Finally, relaxing for a few minutes between the craft fair this past weekend and the GRAND OPENING this Friday! Wow, I canNOT believe all that has happened since late April this year.  First, the Kids Crafts - we had about 20+ kids visit our booth for wet tattoos and scratch off crafts. Whew! What a week...

Had a 'soft' opening on June 30th and invited the crafters who will be showing at the Westchester Craft Fair on July 8th. What was intended to be a two hour thank you social, turned into an almost four hour meet, greet and share session. It was terrific. Such enthusiasm and joy shared - I just love seeing other crafters connect and help each other find their passion and feel validated doing what they love to do. Check out some of the fun photos  Crafters' Appreciation Party

Fast forward… the internet arrived in the 90s. I love to say that I built websites when the...
